I partnered with Darwin Evolutionary Cuisine in Sarasota  back in 2017 to produce a series of visually striking plating videos that showcased the restaurant’s unique blend of Peruvian, Latin, and global culinary influences.

 

Led by renowned chef Darwin Santa Maria, this upscale yet intimate concept pushes boundaries with bold flavors and artistic presentation. My videos highlighted the restaurant’s signature dishes—like ceviche and skirt steak with chimichurri—and helped build anticipation ahead of their grand opening.

 

The content captured the restaurant’s vibrant energy, stunning interiors, and “kitchen without borders” philosophy, amplifying their brand across social platforms.
